Customer Service Representatives -- 1 day hiring process ( kgb Philippine​s Inc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer calls in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and information to customers as reflected in their QA scores and AHT.
Attend team and call center meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Excellent English communication skills
Can type at least 25 wpm
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent listening and spelling skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
Customer service experience an advantage but not required.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
