RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of support applications within the kgb call center environment.
Develop new projects and support existing applications, adhering to departmental standards, policies and procedures
Provide technological documentation for future projects
Be part of the full Software Development Life Cycle, including the decision-making phase involving software architecture, design, and development.
Gather specifications and track additional requirements through the development life cycle.
Be involved and excel in solving complex problems, generate ideas, and deliver successful software systems.
Work with multi-cultural and multi-national teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in MIS , Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2 years experience in application development utilizing C# and ASP.Net(MVC is a plus), .Net Framework 2.0 or higher
Knowledge in OOAD, OOP tools is a definite advantage
Knowledge in IIS 6.0 or higher is a definite advantage
Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery and other web development tools are an advantage.
Web and Windows Services design and integration
Understanding of business processes, identifying issues, and providing directions.
Maintains or exceeds the company’s quality standards for all assigned tasks.
Programming experience in Objective C or Ruby On Rails is a plus.
Can work well in a team environment, pursuing excellence and be a motivation to others
Prior work-related experience preferably in a call center or IT-related industry.
Applicants must be willing to work on a mid-pm shift (3pm).
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
